Younger school age is a time of childhood and the beginning of development. The development is significantly influenced by the full communication of the child with their peers, which is otherwise called the leading activity of this age. In turn, successful relationships with adults in the school and the family, with peers in school and on the street, is an important prerequisite for conflict-free behavior.

We have set ourselves the task to analyse the relationship and conflict-free student behavior.

Experimental work was conducted on the basis Ишкуловской high school Abzelilovsky district.

We used the following research methods: questioning, testing, conversation.

Research work we started with a questionnaire survey, took part in 25 students. The purpose of this method is to examine the levels of development of students ' communicative abilities.

The result communicative personality questionnaire showed that 44% of students have a positive attitude to your friends, teachers, listen carefully to specify teachers, running errands, without external control, take a favorable status position in the class. 7% of students gave average. They sometimes do not listen to the instructions of the teacher, not to fulfil the instructions of the teacher, but a positive attitude to their friends. The prevailing students with low -49%, reported the availability of such qualities as sociability, do not care for other people, not obedience.

One of the parts that form the communication skills is the ability to resolve the conflict in the classroom. With the purpose of revealing the ability to solve difficult practical situations, an approach - a survey was held «When the conflict in the classroom...», the author М.Битянов.

The survey showed that 11% of the pupils are neutral in the conflict resolution. They do not intervene, are the children to look around, not «occupy» the sides.

Students find that many conflicts are not so important and it is best not to pay attention to them.

After the survey, we learned that 57% of students and the school, and friends are negative or indifferent bad mood prevails, violate discipline, require control and assistance of close friends in the class did not have.

% of the pupils gladly attend school, boys and girls are positive, have many friends. Students with prevailing average-15%. They sometimes do not go with their classmates and therefore do not want to go to school, but really want them to have a lot of friends.
