In my work I try to encourage children to develop interest in the scientific and popular books. First of all they extend the Fund of scientific knowledge about the nature and thereby form a scientific Outlook and Patriotic attitude towards nature, develop thinking, imagination, reading culture, enrich the speech of students. The role of these books and in the spiritual formation of the child, the approval of its moral qualities. [18]

How to attract the attention of students to the popular scientific book? A great stimulus for the reading of popular scientific books is of interest to them. However, the interest will arise. In the psychological and pedagogical studies have shown that interest arises when a child is faced with a contradiction, and when he feels a desire to resolve this contradiction.

The contradictions can be the following:

·between current knowledge and the desire to learn new;

·between the limited possibilities of communication in the lesson, and the desire to broader communicate as peers, and abroad;

·between the presence of the child's tendency to consolidation of his position and disabilities and its full implementation in the framework of the compulsory educational process.

In short, in the basis of the techniques of attracting the student to the book should lie, on the one hand, arising, and with another - satisfied interest. This can be achieved by the deliberate creation of the children of the contradictions of problem situations.

Interest in reading books can cause the work to its name. The teacher does not explain the sense of the name, and has to do to the children themselves. Children, of course, Express their assumptions. But can not see the essence of its name, you can just read the work.
